Problem when set launchMode="singleInstance"

I have seen the project. I found it useful but when making a change I found the following problem. When defining an activity with launchMode = "singleInstance", the first time the Activity appears, it shows blank for a few seconds until the new activity that I just called appears. How could this problem be solved?
