Seems this is a problem with CommunityServer, moving issue to another repo
@Carazyda please take a look, I think root case of this problem is that docker is runing on windows via WSL, I'm not sure if we ever tested this combination
Storing file versions is outside of DocumentServer responsibilities and maintained by DMS I'll transfer your issue to CommunityServer repo, since `GET api/2.0/files/file/{fileId}` this seems like CommunityServer [request](https://api.onlyoffice.com/portals/method/files/get/api/2.0/files/file/%7bfileid%7d)

Moving this issue to CommunityServer repo, since it's not a DocumentServer issue I'm not a CommunityServer specialist, but I think it's not a problem - you just didn't finalized version...
