[QUESTION] Slot VS Models

i have a quesiton... is it possible to make a different model for the gui, one for the hand, dropped item and also one for the head?? the way it is now, it is the same for hand/item frame/dropped/equipped in head only possible to change the GUI one

the reason of it is that i want to make lantern model that looks 2d in gui, and when dropped, and in the item frame but 3d in head and hand
