With Chromium experimenting with [partitioning :visited links](https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/main:third_party/blink/common/features.cc;l=1893-1897?q=kPartitionVisitedLinkDatabase), would be a good test to add under state partitioning.
