fix typo in start tutorial
I'm like 90% sure this is a typo, since if you quickload "my-project" (maybe-reload-scene) doesn't exist. Only if you evaluate (trial:maybe-reload-scene) does it work.
Sidenote, I haven't been able to get maybe-reload-scene to actually work per say, but at least when running (trial:maybe-reload-scene) with C-c C-e it wont cause SBCL to bug out.
As per usual reader semantics, maybe-reload-scene's existence is dependent on which package you're currently in. If you're in your game's package, then it'll work without the trial prefix. So if you, say, put it at the end of your file and C-c C-c it, it'll work just fine as-is.
