Geyser prefix not working in discord command

I'm not sure how the geyser/floodgate integration is supposed to work, but ive done the steps

• GeyserMC/Floodgate support
• To enable set 'use-geyser/floodgate-compatibility' to 'true'
• Define 'geyser/floodgate prefix' in the config with the prefix you need​

I've set the to geyser/floodgate prefix: . I've tried geyser/floodgate prefix: "." I've tried geyser/floodgate prefix: "floodgate" I've tried geyser/floodgate prefix: "Geyser" nothing seems to work of course I've got use-geyser/floodgate-compatibility: true I've tried to enter the /whitelist add Minecraft_username:(testedprefixs)layheeee as an example and it says it cant find the player every time what I'm doing wrong java players can whitelist? and also bedrock users can still join if i had whitelist manually
