ERROR(2003): Invalid file name. File name must only be #$ or #. Please contact the mod author File: mod\nemesis\animationdatasinglefile$header$.txt

Tried reinstalling nemesis and deleting all the text inside the file - it didn't help. Tried to delete the file itself - it causes another error about the absence of this file.
