MO2 Not Launching Nemesis

I am having an issue when trying to run Nemesis through MO2 as an executable it is immediately sending me back to MO2. I've tried reinstalling, deleting and re-setting up the executable, installing it into Skyrim's Data folder directly, disabling ALL of my mods and more but can't get it to launch.
