Failed to generate behavior (Error 1166)

Hi there, been using nemesis for a long time with no issues, recently I've been unable to generate behavior files. I have made exceptions for nemesis in firewall settings and tried fully disabling protection and tried reinstalling. animationdatasinglefile.txt animationsetdatasinglefile.txt
