ERROR(1003): Failed to output hkx file

I've fixed a few of my issues with Nemesis throughout today by switching folders among other things that I honestly don't remember, but I haven't been able to fix this issue. After running the application the message ERROR(1003): Failed to output hkx file File: temp_behaviors\xml\atronachstormbehavior.xml

Failed to generate behavior

comes up. I'm not quite sure if this means just that file failed to generate, or if the entire batch of files failed, but what I do know is that I can't find any of the output files anywhere on my computer after running Nemesis. I've attached my load order, complete mod list, and the Nemesis patch log to this post. loadorder.txt modlist.txt PatchLog.txt
