Error 2006 falmerbehavior

I don't know what to do anymore, I've tried everything and looked everywhere but I cannot fix this error. I got this error before but can't remember what I did last time since it was quite awhile ago. So if anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it.

"ERROR(2006): Missing behavior file. The behavior file name must be in this format ("Nemesis_.xml") and it must located in the same path as the hkx counterpart. Please contact the mod author File: falmerbehavior

Failed to update engine"

it's from the stagger direction fix mod, you need the patch linked in the mods description

I got this after uninstalling Ultimate Combat. I even reinstalled Nemesis and Nemesis PCEA, but still got it. So I just activated the UC in MO2 and unchecked its esp and it fixed the issue.

Another mod that has the creature patch caused this situation. Such as FlinchingSSE 1.37, Parrying, and backstab.
