Error 6001 when update engine

Here is the error report:

Initializing engine update

ERROR(6001): An exception has occured while updating. Report to Nemesis' author immediately Message: No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page.

Failed to update engine

Disable some of your mods to check I also get this error when I use "Interesting Bodies - Diverse NPCs - For BHUNP and TBD" Disable it when updating and enable after finish

There is a site where Japanese people are flocking. It was concluded that such an error would occur if there were folders or files with multi-byte characters specified.

this issue is completaly ignored. lol. i am not sure why this author open this project on Github as Open project.
