Tired to install this through Vortex and it failed to update the engine and siad this

ERROR(2006): Missing behavior file. The behavior file name must be in this format ("Nemesis_.xml") and it must located in the same path as the hkx counterpart. Please contact the mod author File: _1stperson\1hm_behavior

im having this same issue, ive looked everywhere for a solution and people say to install [Ultimate Combat and Creature Behaviour's Nemesis Compatibility] but that doesn't work] but that doesnt work at all, i belive this error is from JOP.
