Nnapi not work on snapdragon 865

I got Samsung s20+ snapdragon 865 adreno 650 but nnapi setting fail to work on this phone after the generation finishes I get error box with a bunch of model errors. But my other phone which is an one plus 9 snapdragon 888 adreno 660 it works fine no errors. I did update the app by overwriting the old version but I think it left old code. I'm trying to install it from the 6.2 but after the logo nothing showing just blank screen. It works fine on my one plus 9 888 phone. Samsung s20+ has issues with the update.

Update: Google play version works but Foss version won't
