Won't save with version 5.3.0 (regression)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Disable auto-save
2. Generate img2img
3. Click on 'Save'
4. Generated image closes
5. Go to Gallery tab
6. Gallery images won't load
7. Click 'Browse'
8. Image is not in directory list

Expected behavior Saved file should be in directory list and gallery

Additional context Running automatic111/stable-diffusion-webui 1.7.0 as a render server.

Hello, please could you provide some additional info on the issue:

• What was the output image size ?
• Did you put large picture as img2img input (for example larger or equal 2048px) ?

Output size is usually: 512x640 or some similar geometry. These were made only Txt2Img, no Img2Img.
