Re-implement residence support

The revived paid version of residence is being updated on spigot. Thanks to kind dev, newest build is found here for free (API can be instantiated by Residence.getAPI() if necessary)

I want my server to use residence for protection and this AutoSaveWorld for regen purpose. So could you revamp auto-perge residence data and saving residence claim territory on regen..?
