Windows deletes trailing spaces from raw exported saves

Based on a discussion from here https://www.reddit.com/r/psx/comments/1lmofjn/help_getting_save_file_to_work_on_an_actual/ Windows will omit trailing spaces from filenames which is destructive in case of raw save exporting and importing with uLaunchELF.

The save files in question are created by Smash Court Tennis games.

The issue should be treated same as with unsupported characters, if trailing sspaces are detected in the filename a separate .txt file along raw save should be produced which contains the complete filename with instructions for the user to import the save properly.
