Support Encryption using GnuPG

So that some secrets or all dotfiles can be encrytped

Does that make sense? In the end when the dot file is deployed it will be in cleartext anyway.

Ok i can see encryption being nice when the items are stored on github/online.

I am not sure if we should add this as a feature. I see the value but i would like to keep punktf relatively slim and focused.

If we would implement this feature ourself we would have to take great care with the implementation because if there is an error/bug highly sensitive user information could be leaked.

In the mean time maybe something like this can be used:

• git-crypt
• git-remote-gcrypt

I think punktf can still stay slim if we just call external commands.
