hi when i run this step pathway.hyper.list <- lapply(colnames(n), function(i){ print(i) tmp <- getHyperPathway(data = n, object = mt, cella_cellb = i, Org="Mus musculus") return(tmp) }) i encountered this problem as: Error in apply(path.list.tmp.df, 1, function(x) { : dim(X)must have a positive length(Error in apply(path.list.tmp.df, 1, function(x) { : dim(X)的值必需是正数) does anyone can help me , thanks in advanced
