Mouse cell-cell interaction shows Human KEGG pathway in the results?

Thanks for the great tool and visualization options!

I would like to know whether the cell - cell interaction for mouse is run on human interactions and pathway database or mouse specific L-R interactions and pathways? In the results for organism input of "Mus musculus" and mouse single cell data, I got hsa-pathway as part of results, so just wanted more clarifications.

Is there a way to incorporate the user known L-R interactions into the database?

Different ligand-receptor datasets were used for mouse and human.

Can you provide us with your example data and code, as well as screenshots of the results which confused you? This is just a request. Thanks for your valuable comments on Cellcall.
