cellcall can be installed, but can't be loaded

It's seems that cellcall had some problems with enrichplot versions. I tried several enrichplot version >= 1.9.3. Finally, I can install cellcall with enrichplot 1.9.4 or 1.13.0, but it can't be loaded.
