Can you use CellCall with mouse datasets?

Hi there, can you use cellcall with mouse datasets at all?

I hope this would not be late for this reply.

With the parameter Org to switch from human to mouse when you set Org = "Homo sapiens" or Org = "Mus musculus".

Furthermore, we set Org = "Homo sapiens" as default in following function: CreateNichConObject(), TransCommuProfile(), getHyperPathway(), LR2TF(), CreateObject_fromSeurat()

So manual set the parameter Org = "Mus musculus", we will reduce such duplicate settings in future versions and replace them with a global setting.
