[Feature request]: Behaviour when Team subscription / trial ends regarding the workspace

When a Team subscription ends the user is still left with a Team workspace that should be temporarily freezed / unable to be used. However they should still be able to access the subscription settings in case they want to start using the workspace again and renew their subscription.
Describe the solution you'd like
OPTION 1 (FASTER / LESS COMPLEX) Fully block / freeze the workspace.
OPTION 2 (SLOWER / MORE COMPLEX) Users can still inspect and view everything in the workspace but most if all actions are disabled. Workspace user that can a code of asset that is part of workspace are let known the workspace is inactive and option to contact owner

Thank you @jurrejansen we will take a decision on this
After the changes we have done to how settings are managed this is now solved. They can access their subscription settings and update if they want to access the workspace so that is option 1 basically.
