Is it posible to share to Instagram using the Instagram selection modal in iOS?

Instead of sharing directly to Instagram Story, I have seen apps that the share will open Instagram and then Instagram will ask you if you want to share it to Story or post it, is this posible to make here? (This is not the native share option in the device)
