How to change the value for Cache-control: max-age header at a global level?

I need to globally change the Cache-control: max-age header to be 1 year instead of the default 10 days.

I think this is possible but the documentation I found is outdated and I couldn't get it to work on V4.

Would someone be kind enough to provide a snippet? Thanks in advance.
