Published Date keep reverting back to current datetime

Hi @Shazwazza the published date field keep switching back to the current date and time every time I have changed it. I have tried imputing the date (backdated) using the date picker or inline.

Umbraco v8.14.1 Articulate v4.3.2

Is this on a vanilla Umbraco & Articulate install?
