Not saving preferences for other options

Not sure on what version I was in but before but current version's other options preferences like extra columns and for modders options aren't saved after closing the manager and opening it again.

Maybe this is just my issue but I deleted all files in the installation folder and extract the files from the zip file. If you want to contact me due it via discord since I'm not very active in git.
