Game crashes on initial start up only while using the mod manager.

Upon starting the game via the mod manage the game crashes before it ever reaches the title screen.

I've tried to reinstall it, checked my drivers, directx, ect.

The game will start just fine when not using the mod manager even while using the same mods with no change.

No idea what could be causing this or how to fix it.

(Update)

The launcher is behaving very oddly. When I try to play the game it is even odds if it starts or crashes. When it starts the game works fine. The trick is getting lucky enough for it to start.

If anyone finds a fix please let me know.
