wh3mm.exe won't launch

I recently (and finally) upgraded to Windows11. Since then I never started the game. Today I wanted to start WH3 as usual with wh3mm.exe, the icon appears in the task bar, a black window opens for ~2sec and then instantly closes. Tried to reinstall, deleted all files from %appdata% and still the mod manager won't open.

hello, can you please upload the main.log from Logs %appdata%\wh3mm\logs

you can also try deleting the whole %appdata%\wh3mm folder
