Force download/Update mod

Hi! I've recently decided to return to the game after a few months. Some mods were outdated, yet Force download/Update mod button would not trigger mentioned actions. Have I missed some kind of setup step in the meantime?

Version: wh3mm-win32-x64-1.39.0 portable, updated from 1.33.1

Force update asks Steam to update the mod but if it fails/does nothing it means the Steam server decided it's not outdated. There's nothing really that can be done in that case.

The only way to really force update a mod would be to unsubscribe/subscribe.
