WH3 Mod Manager not responding when launching with a merged modlist

Symptoms of Issue Merging takes around 10-15 Minutes Once Merged everything seems fine till you launch the game and it immediately goes unresponsive and never recovers eventually crashing.

works fine with a modlist not merged and works fine when there are no mods

It appears my issue is that the mod merger was not merging some mods (I figured out why on one, dependency manager, but not the others). I wasn't loading some of them with my game because I thought they were in the merged mod.

Is the mod manager configured to disallow merging of certain mods with a custom load order? I tend to throw some mods down to like 190 for all the stuff that is never going to conflict with anything and that is mostly what I want to merge (about 65 mods)

Okay, after hours of troubleshooting, I am having severe problems with loading WH3 through the mod manager when I have one or more merged mods enabled. To get the game to work, I disable some of my nonmerged mods (about 50), launch the game, it works, then I enable 10 or 15 at a time and the game works every time, even when I reselect all the mods that had been crashing on my prior load attempt.

I'm decently tech savvy but not a full blown developer or such. Is there any information I can provide that would help?

@Azraeel: emiel123 wrote on the Steam Workshop page for the mod manager that rebooting is a temp fix to the issue. I'm about to try it now.
