Question: How to keep categories in sync between two computers?

I play Warhammer III on two PCs and recently I started organizing my mods a bit because I have too many and it's too hard to go through the whole list before starting a new playthrough.

I saw that the categories are stored inside of config.json. Would it be safe to just copy that file over to the other computer in order to get the same categories? Mostly asking because of subbedTime and size, I don't know if it would create an issue if the size is different than the actual size because the mod has updated in the meantime.
