Windows 10 version?

How about a version for Windows 10? I just learned that there is a new Shazam desktop app for Windows 10, so enabling scrobbling with it would be great: https://support.shazam.com/hc/en-us/articles/212932127-Shazam-for-Windows-10-version-4-6-now-on-PC-

I've thought of it but I'm not a Windows developer. Is this something you would be interested to build/contribute to?

Sorry, I neither am a developer, just a Last.fm user and moderator, so I am looking around to find more options for users to scrobble from anywhere. There once was a similar app for Android and iOS called Scrobblr which seems to have been abandoned by the developer, and your app in combination with Shazam would be a good substitute if it also supported other OS versions than OS X.

I have just mentioned your app in a related support thread on Get Satisfaction, the new official Last,fm support forum, so maybe some users might contribute to it there. I have also sent a request for internal scrobbling support in Shazam on their support page, perhaps they would consider it if more users request the same.

Would this feasibly work on a Linux OS such as Raspbian? It would be really cool to have a low powered Raspberry Pi with a microphone constantly running in the background as a dedicated scrobbler. (I am envisioning someone who likes to listen on vinyl but still wants music cataloged on Last.fm)

By the way, there is a Windows 10 app called Data for Last.fm UWP which should be able to scrobble the tracks that Shazam recognises. I haven't tested this yet though.

Definitely feasible but not using Shazam itself which does not run on Linux
