Tickets and Invoices doesn't show correctly.

Tickets and Invoices doesn't show correctly. It can be zoomed out. On phone 1920x1080p resolution Also it doesn't show password for service (cPanel) it show only username. On both desktop and mobile. Is also possible to fix Account menu when click it, it will auto scroll down.

just add responsive to the table. I think Shaun did a great job on converting this into bootstrap 3.

I think @mrkenng is right, try adding table-responsive to the table. Let me know if that corrects the issue.
