Request: Add ability to hide certain tools available in Image Editor toolbar window

There are so many tools available, so it would be nice to be able to hide the ones we won't use since the toolbar does not wrap/overflow to a second line:

I second this. There are so many options first up that I would never use.

Or maybe we could get an option to allow the toolbar to wrap? (Or even better - both options)
