Sharx - How do i set to auto save a screenshot, then rename a 2nd identical one, instead of manually having to press button to confirm

Hi, I am NEW to ShareX and GitHub ! a Newbie ! Q1) If i take a screenshot, it might save as 'Chrome' wording . if i take another , it pops up 'Do i want rename it etc ..How can i AUTOMATICALLY get it to ALWAYS rename say 'Chrome2 ) next one, Auto 'Chrome3' as example, as i dont want to keep having to click the pop up to read the options, then choose a option .... 2) when i take a screenshot, all good, but it leaves Folders / Files on my Desktop, it filling up my Desktop space ..I do NOT ever want these erroneous files / folders ( TOOLS / LOGS/ IMAGE EFFECTS / BACKUP ETC ETC ETC ETC ) to automatically go on my Desktop ( after ive taken a screenshot ) How do i disable this ?? Thanks in Advance

try changing name settings? change screenshot directory?
