Editor stuck in resize mode on external monitors with different resolution

Have the issue as well, multiple monitors. I have three aligned horizontally and one above. The above one is always in Resize mode. The image editor works fine on the three horizontally across the bottom, (two HDMI externals, 1080, and the laptop monitor, also 1080.)
