Persistently getting bounced to authenticate user dialogue box, even though already logged in.

I have full tenant admin rights. I have tried in a new tenant created via Dev Community I have tried in my own long standing tenant

Hi. Any progress on this. I'd really like to make use of the Provisioning Service, but cant get this past the point of being able to click on 'Add to Tenant'. Same problem persisting - will not authenticate my account, despite the account being fine for signing in to SharePoint admin cetntre, O365 and elsewhere.
