Issue description

After updating our Sharepoint app, users are not automatically updated to the new version. In some cases, they have to uninstall and reinstall the app, requiring assistance from an admin to re-install it.

We attempted to follow the instructions provided in the Microsoft documentation to mark the app update as a mandatory update. However, none of the SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or Microsoft 365 apps have the "Make this update mandatory" button on the app's release page.

We kindly request assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that the updated app version is automatically enforced for all users without the need for manual uninstallation and reinstallation.

@motianjun4 : there's no mandatory update, nor update push system, for SharePoint SPFx applications coming from the market place, see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/spfx/publish-to-marketplace-after-publishing for more context, more specifically this:
