For what is used IListInfo?

I see IListInfo is defined but I cannot see it is used by other code? Am I missing something?

@gpeipman Are you referring to this portion? (1st snapshot- attached)

It's only able to pull list title information so user(s) can select which SharePoint list to select in property pane (interface). It will be helpful if we just have simple matching code posted with the documentation so you can scan the entire code and connect information.

What I dont' get is, why does it need ID information when users won't be selecting SharePoint list based on it's ID, and the sample picture doesn't show its id (2nd snapshot attached).
