Downloads sometimes end in 404 errors
Description of the problem / clear instructions for reproduction:
We build products with ESD via batch API as described on GitHub. Some of the orders are receiving complaints from customers complaining that they are unable to download the images. When the link is clicked, only a 404 error appears. If I remove the file from the product and add it back (via the media manager, i.e. without re-uploading anything), the download works fine. What irritates me is that the download only fails for some products, although they are all created exactly the same.
Previous Analysis / Checked Items:
There are no log files created by the plug-in under var/logs, and no information can be found in the general log files either.
Access data to the test environment to analyze the problem (FTP/SSH, database, backend/admin). If you do not have a test environment, please create a complete data backup before we access it and then give us the access data for the live environment:
Since we have a lot of orders from end customers in the system, I'm a little hesitant to release the admin login. What parts of the system would you need access to to analyze the problem?
