"caffe.PythonParameter" has no field named "param_str".

I had downloaded this Faster R-CNN caffe version, however, I suppose it is out of date and missing layers. Is there any way to add these layers. Or does anyone have a more recent windows caffe version that supports faster_rcnn in python.
