Version Number problem appears in v10.0.0.0 beta 8

Describe the bug Column Headings Missing

To Reproduce (1) On the "Lost Cousins" tab (2) click on any one of the following buttons (3a) Lost Cousins w/bad Census (3b) Lost Cousins Duplicate Facts (3c) Lost Cousins with no Country

Expected behavior That each column has a meaningful heading as other reports do.
