[BUG] Inappropriate Popup shown on Column Headings of Colour Census Report

Version Number problem appears in v8.5.2.0

Describe the bug In appropriate context popup shown.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Right click on any of the column headings.
2. The pop up box "View individual Facts" is shown.

Expected behavior A column head is not related to an individual so this message is misleading. The facts shown relate to the currently selected individual, who may not be visible in the window when the heading is right clicked on.
