Global FSR support

Implement global FSR support. Should've been implemented by now as one of the first features and with the TDP features.

Thank you for the suggestion. This is already planned and will be implemented once we get to it in our internal roadmap. There are a few more higher priority features that need to be addressed before we start adding more of the bells and whistles.
