i'll tell you a story. i had a friend, a maintainer of a popular mathjax library he died december on a stormy night. poor man got struck by lightning 21 times before giving up the ghost. never seen a man brave so many. Anyways all characters in this story are purely fictional. that said this issue may or may never get solved if you don't do it yourself.
