Error when trying to run

I cloned the repo and when I run meteor from the directory I get

While building the application:
   /Users/JamesM/Development/clones/Angular-Meteor-Boilerplate/zzz.ts-compiler.ts:1:1: 
   /bin/sh: tsc: command not found
