Two Factor Authentication Not Working

When an LDAP user activates Joomla's built in two factor authentication everything seems to work OK from the user perspective, however, any secret key is accepted. This could be fixed by implementing the Two Factor Authentication verification in the shadapter.php, see plugins\authentication\joomla.php.
