[Feature Request]: Loitering notification for packages

Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms To have the loitering notification be for specific objects.

Describe the solution you'd like An option to select or list the objects you want to receive a loitering notification for.

Describe alternatives you've considered Turning it on for all objects.

Additional context For my use, this would act as a package reminder. I like to be alerted about detections but do not necessarily need loitering notifications for all of them. However if there is a package in my yard and is still there 30minutes later I'd like to receive another notification.
