[Feature Request]: Webhook trigger

Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms I want to be able to trigger webhook event within blueprint

Describe the solution you'd like I'm using Synology Surveillance Station and Frigate. I would like to have a connection like Camera -> Frigate -> Synology. Using Frigate to detect and synology as NVR but with possibility to trigger events on Synology. I think the only way to do that is to use Synology webhooks. I'm able to create a webhook in synology so it provides url. When I call it then it triggers motion event in Synology.

Describe alternatives you've considered Maybe there is a way to somehow restream from Frigate to Synology with motion detection other way but I did not find it.
